Uyemura’s proprietary chemicals cover a full range of plating applications and are supported by our dedicated technical support team.
Our services begin with a technical analysis of customer requirements, followed by recommendations on how the plating process can be executed to deliver the best results as expected by the customer.
Chemical testing is subsequently conducted at our own laboratories and the samples offered for customer evaluation. Upon approval, small-volume production will commence in our factory, and the prototypes are subject to evaluation repeatedly, to perfection.
With large-scale production completed, our technical support team will provide on-site consultancy and supervision of the application process. We will collect samples of the plating chemicals used and subject them in our laboratories to a more detailed analysis to ascertain application has been done correctly.
